If you’re working inside a company with more than one designer, a default preset for keyboard shortcuts is recommended. It accelerates considerably the photoshop moves, makes the learning phase more smooth and should become a standard based on the company profile for design process.

In general usage, try to construct all the keyboard shortcuts combination close to each other.
